Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
   The Audience Builder Blueprint is a 90-day coaching program designed to assist self-published authors in building a book-buying audience, planning a successful book launch, and setting up systems for consistent sales. The program includes 1-on-1 coaching sessions held bi-weekly via Zoom (totaling 6 sessions). These sessions will cover the following topics:

   • Identifying your target audience

   • Building a strategic author brand

   • Optimizing your website

   • Creating social media content

   • Building an email list

   • Implementing automated systems for audience building and sales

   • Strategizing a successful book launch

2. Session Rescheduling
   Clients are entitled to reschedule a session within the 90-day program period, provided they notify the coach in advance. If a client misses a session, they must reschedule it within the 90-day period. If the client fails to reschedule the missed session within the 90-day timeframe, they will forfeit the session.

3. No Refund Policy
   Once the first coaching session begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By enrolling in the program, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

4. Results Disclaimer
   The coaching program aims to provide guidance and strategies to help authors build an audience and achieve book sales success. However, results are not guaranteed, and the client understands that outcomes may vary based on individual efforts and circumstances.

5. Ownership of Materials
   All worksheets, documents, and materials created by the coach during the program are the intellectual property of Make Your Mark Publishing Solutions and remain the property of the company. Clients are granted a license to use these materials for their personal and business purposes during the program but may not share, resell, or distribute them without prior consent from Make Your Mark Publishing Solutions.

6. Access to Materials
   Clients will receive a replay of each coaching session for their personal reference. Agenda notes and task lists will be provided after each session to guide the client's work and progress.

7. Confidentiality
   Both the client and the coach agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the coaching sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, personal information, and any proprietary information related to the coaching program.

8. Limitation of Liability
   Make Your Mark Publishing Solutions is not liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes that may arise from implementing the strategies discussed during the coaching sessions. The client is responsible for their own actions and results.

9. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Make Your Mark Publishing Solutions operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.

By enrolling in the Audience Builder Blueprint, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
